Jeff Fear spent the past 20 seasons with the Providence Bruins. Since 2001 he has served as the CEO and prior to that held the position of Senior Vice President. Before joining the P-Bruins in 1992 Jeff spent two seasons serving as Business Manager for the Maine Mariners of the American Hockey League. He also spent four years as the Controller of the Cumberland County Civic Center and prior to that worked three years at the Carpenter Center for the Performing Arts in Richmond, VA and one year as the Box Office Manager of Memorial Auditorium in Athens, OH. Jeff also served as Director of Promotions and Ticket Manager for the Evansville Triplets of the American Associate, the Triple A affiliate of the Detroit Tigers and was Assistant to the General Manager with the Niagara Falls Flyers of the Ontario Hockey League. He is a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University with a degree in Business Administration and has a Masters from Ohio Univeristy. Jeff currently resides in Warwick, RI.

Matt Poore serves as President of Providence Sports and Entertainment Group. As President, Matt is responsible for the company's strategic vision, major client relations, and overseeing the sales and marketing for the Group. Matt brings over 20 years of ticket sales, sponsorship sales and marketing experience having worked for 6 pro sports teams in 5 different Leagues including President and Vice President for Providence Bruins (American Hockey League), Senior Vice President for the San Antonio Dragons (International Hockey League) and Director for the Tampa Bay Lightning (National Hockey League). Matt is a 12 year member of the AHL Board of Governors, 4 time Chair of the AHL Marketing Committee, and formally was a member of the Friends of Hasbro Children's Hospital Board. A graduate of Springfield Colleges Sports Management program, Matt resides in Rhode Island with wife Jen, son Michael, and daughter Julia.
